Weik.io Cloud
Weik.io Cloud is managed Weik.io, an open source GitOps integration platform that manages integrations, APIs, file transfers and events. Adafy Oy, the Finnish company that develops it, operates your installation on servers in Helsinki. Plans start at €590 a month with unlimited users, integrations and agents of your own.
Who does what
Your team builds and deploys the integrations with the admin UI and the weikio CLI either way. With Weik.io Cloud, Adafy Oy installs, upgrades, backs up and monitors the platform they run on.

Cloud, on-premise and hybrid
Integrations run anywhere you install an agent, and one installation can use agents in all of these places at the same time.
- Cloud
Cloud agents run on servers in Helsinki in three sizes, and you can add as many as your integrations need.
- On-premise
An agent at your plant, at your office or in your own cloud account runs integrations next to the systems they connect. It connects out to your installation on port 443 and opens no inbound port.
- Hybrid
Some integrations run on cloud agents and others on your own agents, and you deploy and follow them all in the same admin UI.
The same Weik.io
An installation in Weik.io Cloud runs the same Weik.io you can install yourself, so everything on weik.io and in the docs applies to it. That covers Camel integrations, managed file transfer, API management, events and observability.
The first Weik.io installation went into production in January 2018, and the customers page lists some of the companies that run their integrations on Weik.io today.
weikio export writes every integration and setting as YAML, and weikio apply loads it into any installation. You can use the same commands to move from your own servers to Weik.io Cloud, or back.

Support
Your installation's address
Your installation has its own address, in the form yourcompany.weikio.cloud. Open it in a browser to sign in to the admin UI, and point the weikio CLI at the same address with weikio login. If you don't have the address at hand, write to cloud@weik.io and the team sends it to you.

You open support cases about your installation by e-mail to support@weik.io, and the team that develops Weik.io handles them with no promised response time. Response times and support hours are agreed with you in a separate support agreement, around the clock if you need it. Support is in English and Finnish.

How do I start?
Book a call or write to cloud@weik.io. You agree on a plan and the agents you need, and Adafy Oy sets up your installation and gives you its address.
Which release does my installation run?
The release Adafy Oy has upgraded it to, which is the same Weik.io 2026.2 you can install yourself. weikio version prints the version of the CLI and of the installation it talks to.
Who upgrades my installation?
Adafy Oy upgrades it to each release of Weik.io in the maintenance window you choose, and the installation keeps its address, its integrations and its history.
Can integrations reach systems inside my network?
Yes, through an agent on a server in your network, next to those systems. The agent connects out to your installation on port 443, and your firewall needs no inbound rule. Your own agents are included in both plans.
How much can one cloud agent run?
That depends on your integrations, because each running integration is its own process on the agent. Sizing has measured figures for planning, and you can add cloud agents or take larger ones when you need more.
Can my team sign in with Microsoft Entra ID?
Yes, an installation can use Microsoft Entra ID or any OpenID Connect provider for its admin UI.
How do I pay?
By card, or by invoice in euros for companies with a VAT ID. Every price is monthly and excludes VAT.
Who operates Weik.io Cloud?
Adafy Oy, the Finnish software company that develops Weik.io, operates the service and its support.
Where is my data?
Your data is in your installation, on servers in Helsinki, and what you put in a support case is kept by Atlassian. The sovereignty list has the operator, the law, the data centre and the subprocessors.
What service level do I get?
Support cases have no promised response time. A service level with the response times and support hours you need is agreed with Adafy Oy in a separate support agreement.
Can Adafy run Weik.io in my own cloud account?
Yes, that's Weik.io Dedicated, from €2,990 a month.
Can I leave and run Weik.io myself?
Yes, weikio export writes your integrations and settings as YAML for your own installation, and Weik.io is open source under the Apache License 2.0.
